1. Alternate loading:
32 discrete 220 Ohm resistors can be loaded instead of DIL
    resistor packs, Substitute:
    | RP1-4 | 220 Ohm 16 Pin DIL resistor network| 4 | 652-4116R-1LF-220|
    With:
    | R1-32 | Resistor 220 Ohm | 32 | 291-220 |

Connections:

# Location Detail Description
J1 Interface to CORE:J8 (if LEDs are used) and CORE:J7 (if LED-Rings are used, MIDIbox16E only). DOUTX4:J1 provides two power pins for 5V/0V, the serial clock, the latch enable and the serial input of the register chain.
This port can also be connected with J2 of another DOUTX module.
J2 Interface to another DOUTX4 module. DOUTX4:J2 provides nearly the same pins like J1, just only the serial input of the first IC is replaced by the serial output of the last IC.
This port can be connected with J1 of another DOUTX module.
J3 Digital output lines.
J4 Digital output lines.
J5 Digital output lines.
J6 Digital output lines.

Changelog:

Changes from R3 PCB:

Isolated "spare" pads for driver chip loading to allow for
easy use with alternate drivers

Routed SI from J1 to J2 (so a DOUT:DIN chain is possible)
